About CBeyond Experience CBeyond Experience is a volunteer-led organization based in British Columbia, Canada, hosting professional development and networking events for real estate professionals across Canada.

Website Use

By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• interfere with the operation or security of the website 
• provide false or misleading information 
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data 

Registration & Ticket Purchases

All event registrations are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree that:

• all prices are in Canadian dollars 
• applicable taxes will be added where required 
• registration details must be accurate and complete 

CBeyond Experience reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration where necessary.

 Taxes

Applicable GST/HST will be charged based on current Canadian tax rules and the location of the event. Unless otherwise stated, ticket prices are listed before tax.

Event Changes or Cancellation

CBeyond Experience reserves the right to make changes to:

• event dates 
• schedule or programming 
• speakers 
• venue or location 

If CBeyond Experience cancels an event, liability is limited to the ticket purchase price only.

CBeyond Experience is not responsible for:

• travel costs 
• hotel or accommodation expenses 
• incidental or consequential losses 

Attendee Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner.

CBeyond Experience reserves the right to remove any attendee without refund for:

• disruptive conduct 
• harassment or discrimination 
• behaviour that violates venue rules or applicable law 

Photography & Media

By attending a CBeyond Experience event, you consent to photography, video, and audio recording and to the use of your image or likeness in promotional, educational, and marketing materials.

Liability

Attendance at CBeyond Experience events is voluntary and at your own risk.

CBeyond Experience, its organizers, volunteers, and partners are not liable for:

• personal injury 
• loss or damage to personal belongings 
• indirect or consequential damages arising from attendance or participation 

Third-Party Services

Our website or event registration process may include links to or services from third parties, such as ticketing platforms, venues, hotels, or travel providers. CBeyond Experience is not responsible for those third-party services.

 Privacy

Any personal information collected through this website or event registration will be used only for event administration, communication, and related operational purposes. We do not sell personal information.
